Answer
Can CRE Build export a deal to Excel?
Yes. Export any version to Excel as a snapshot of CRE Build's figures; the model itself recalculates in CRE Build, not in the workbook. The workbook has Cover, Operating statement, Cash flow, Debt and Returns sheets, plus Rent roll, Market leases, Expense pools and Steps and options on deals with commercial tenants.
Answer
What reports does CRE Build make?
Pick a preset (Investor pack, Committee memo or Lender summary), and CRE Build builds a printable document of the deal at its current version, with the sections that preset includes. Print any report or save it as a PDF from your browser. Reports are rebuilt each time you open them, not stored.

FAQ
Questions
Does the Excel export recalculate?
No. The export is a snapshot of CRE Build's figures: annual totals on the Operating statement are SUM formulas; other cells are values. The model itself recalculates in CRE Build, not in the workbook.
Are reports saved?
No. Each report is built from the deal's current version when you open it.
Can I send figures to a lender in Excel?
Yes. When you share a private copy, turn on Export to Excel, and your lender can download the figures they can see.
