Answer
How do construction draw schedules work in CRE Build?
Draw schedules: Straight line, Front-loaded, Back-loaded, Bell, or Manual monthly; save your own curves in Settings › Draw curves. Each budget category or line inherits its curve unless you set one, draws anchor at closing, construction start or first delivery, and saved curves are snapshotted into the deal.
Answer
How does CRE Build handle construction interest in the budget?
Construction interest and fees are solved together with total cost, as an iterative funding fixed point, so your model has no circular references. Sources & Uses then ties the budget to the loan and equity, and you choose the funding order: Equity first or Debt first.
